On the occasion of the International Archives Day on 9 June 2015, the State Archives shares on its website the Plan of Famagusta showing proposals under the Famagusta Improvements Law 1898, from the Secretariat Archives Collection, file SA1/246/1900 under the title “Wall of Famagusta”. The town of Famagusta remains under Turkish occupation since August 1974.
