On 30 March 2016, the State Archives took part in the public discussion organised at the Journalists’ House in Nicosia by the organisation of citizens “Politeia” and the Union of Cyprus Journalists, entitled “Access to information: The need for a modern legislation”.
During the discussion, the State Archives presented on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order the Bill concerning the right to access to information. A discussion followed and the audience placed their questions and comments on the matter.
