On 27 March 2013, the State Archives under the auspices of H.E. the Minister of Justice and Public Order presented the publication entitled “Kitchener 1878-1883, Architect of the Cyprus Land Survey”. The publication was realised on the occasion of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union and was prologued by H.E. the High Commissioner, Mr. Mathew Kidd and Dr. Petros Papapolyviou, Associate Professor, Department of History and Archaeology, University of Cyprus.
